Due to the
current weather conditions in effect for Deaf Smith county and the City
of Hereford, a BURN BAN has been placed into effect. The Burn Ban
was placed into effect on November 13, 2007. The Ban states in
part:
November 2007 Deaf Smith County Burn Ban Order"A person violates this order if he or she burns any combustible material outside of an enclosure which serves to contain all flames and/or sparks, or orders such burning by others."
